We have an 11 year old cat, and I want a small dog so that it cannot hurt him
Do little dogs like this one bite cats?

Oh, by the way, when I adopted my cat he was de-clawed by the previous owner so he can only bit to defend himself.

the cat most likely will be the one tearing him up. i have a pit bull and he cries when the cat comes near him.

Small dogs are just as likely to harm cats as large ones. Their size is not the issue. The issue is whether or not they have been exposed to cats before, and what their temperment is. Often, this depends on the individual dog.
Since the site you link to isn’t in english, i don’t know anything about the dog pictured. Talk to the people who have the dog currently, whether it’s a breeder or rescue, and ask them if the dog is good with cats. If they’re not sure, you may want to bring your cat to meet the dog on neutral ground, and try and gauge the dog’s reaction. In my experience, a small terrier is much more likely to chase and terrorize a cat than a larger dog like a labrador or golden retreiver. It’s not related to size at all. Make sure to do some research about the type of dog you want, and about the specific dog. Don’t be afraid to ask questions of the breeder or rescue who currently has the dog.
In most cases, dogs and cats can get along. They have to work out for themselves who the boss is. However, they need to be introduced properly, and with supervision.

Smaller dogs tolerate a lot less than bigger dogs, in my experience. Also, terriers and sight dogs are much more prey oriented when it comes to cats. If you introduce the dog as a puppy, I really can’t see you having an issue. The dog is the newcomer, and most puppies just want to play, not kill. When you introduce a cat to a dog, just make sure the cat has an escape route, and you can intervene if there’s an issue.

if socialised early any dog will be fine with the cat be it big or small

i just recently adopted a kitten hes baout 10 weeks and my miniature poodle LOVES him but my chihuahuas HATE him…
She will protect the kitty from the chihuahuas if they try to bite the kittys tail or legs…
its adorable… she was a stray i adopted her from the shelter… i thought id have problems with her not liking the kitty but she adores him… if you tell her “wheres the kitty” or “wheres Oliver” she’ll go find him and wait for you to follow her… its sooo…. cute…
